I've been telling stories and selling ideas since graduating Award School as a copywriter in 2010. Before that, I earned my stripes with a degree in Screenwriting and Journalism from Macquarie University (2008).
Since then, I've navigated the creative jungles of top-tier agencies in Australia and Singapore, from GPY&R and JWT to Publicis Groupe and DDB Tribal, steering campaigns for global brands along the way.
Where am I now?
Most recently, I stepped away from traditional agency life to lead creative at Miracles Asia, a boutique rehab in Phuket. What started as a refreshing break became a full-blown masterclass in practical creativity. I dove back into cinematography, lighting, sound design, and advanced editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects, sharpening old skills and discovering new ones.
I also expanded my digital toolkit, applying hands-on knowledge of CSS, Java, Python, WordPress, Oxygen, Webflow, SEO optimisation, and Google Analytics to everything from backend maintenance to CRM automation. At Miracles, I became the ultimate creative hybrid: concepting, executing, and optimising cinematic content, digital workflows, and full-stack web builds. With the help of tools like GPT-4, Runway, ElevenLabs, Codeium, and GitHub Copilot, I even dipped into AI-driven scripting and prototyping.
Turns out, stepping away was exactly what I needed to level up.
